    Signing Settings

Advanced: server address and API keys

Only needed without signing in: the company's own signing server (Documenso) and keys made on it.

    Send as

The addresses you can send from. An address with its own API key (from the server's organisation for that address) sends from that address. Without one, the email comes from the server's main address and replies go to the chosen address.

    Sign in to signing

Use your email and password for the company's signing server. Your Send-as addresses and your saved signature come with you to any PC.

    Advanced: server address

    Add a person

They get an email with a link to choose their own password. When they open Easy Way PDF it asks them to sign in. To send from their own email address, they add it themselves: Signing Settings, Send from my own address.

Which addresses may they send from?
May they add and remove people?

    Add a Send-as address

Type it exactly as Gmail shows it, capital letters included.

The same address, or the mailbox it is a "Send mail as" alias of.

    1. Sign in to Google as that mailbox and open myaccount.google.com/apppasswords (Google asks for 2-Step Verification first if it is off)
    2. Make an app password called "Easy Way PDF signing" and copy it (Ctrl+C)
    3. Click Paste app password. It goes straight to the signing server and is never shown

    Save as Template

Saves who signs (by role, like "Artist"), where every box goes, the email and the Send as address. Names and emails are not saved.
